Accor tops the ranking of the CAC 40 companies according to HR IDEA study 2014, the new digital performance analysis in Human Resources.
The HR IDEA study, implemented by Althea and 231e47 agencies, unveils good digital HR practices through the CAC 40 companies that are now 68% to adopt a multichannel strategy.
This study highlights the trends evolution initiated in 2013 by the CAC 40 companies and confirms the relevance of the Accor group HR digital policy. The study is the result of a cross-media analysis of the career website and the different HR social accounts Twitter @accorjobs, Facebook AccorJobs and LinkedIn Accor.
HR Idea consecrates Accor as the company with the best HR digital strategy ahead BNP Paribas and Société Générale.
Methodology of the ranking:
HR IDEA study includes more than 120 criteria. Each year they are reviewed to take into account the new features of the studied platforms. Gathered under four categories, these criteria allow evaluating visibility, content, interaction and consistency of the digital strategy of the 40 companies.
