Adoria

AccorHotels announces the acquisition of Adoria, the SaaS platform that enables the catering industry to optimize supply management. Founded in France in 2003, Adoria is used by 2,700 organizations (30 catering groups) and brings together 300,000 active users and more than 800 manufacturers and distributors.

Adoria offers centralized solutions for managing tendering, procurement, logistics and production. This modular suite guarantees that all stakeholders in the catering chain provide a quality service, from producer through to consumer, and ensures their profitability.

ResDiary

AccorHotels announces that it has completed the acquisition of table reservation system, ResDiary.

Established in Glasgow in 2004, the company now has over 100 staff based in 6 countries.  ResDiary is notably well established in the Asia Pacific region as well as in the UK, and has a footprint in 60 countries globally, seating 166m diners a year in over 8,600 venues. The Company has generated profits for 6 years.

Expansion to the Chinese customers hotel reservation segment

Ctrip

Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, package tour and corporate travel management and other travel-related services in China (“Ctrip”), announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding regarding its partnership with world-leading travel & lifestyle group and digital innovator AccorHotels.

The partnership will allow Ctrip’s over 300 million registered users to access and enjoy personalized experiences from AccorHotels’ global brands portfolio. The MOU is a milestone for both companies to embark on a deeper cooperation which will greatly enhance the growing Chinese travelers’ journey globally.

The partnership will focus on four strategic pillars, including highlighting AccorHotels accredited hotels more prominently, building a flagship store for AccorHotels, joint development of loyalty programs and cooperation on IT.
