Accor has been honored with the transparency award in the “Website” category

The quality of the information has been rewarded

The 11th ceremony of the Grands Prix de la Transparence was held on October 6th on TV channel B SMART. Like every year, the event recognized the quality of the information produced by companies for their public investors, shareholders and job candidates on the basis of the results of the Transparency Study accredited by Bureau Veritas Certification.

This study is conducted every year by the advisory teams at Labrador and audits 4 public information media of French companies on the basis of 230 objective and public criteria: the universal registration document (e.g.: annual financial report/reference document), the notice of meeting brochure for the Shareholders’ Meeting, the website, and the Ethics Charter. In 2020, more than 78,000 data records were collected in France.

Accor performs well in terms of transparency

The Group’s corporate website was nominated as part of the Grands Prix de la Transparence transparency awards, earning Accor the Grand Prix in the “Website” category. The websites of the companies that took part were audited according to the criteria of accessibility, accuracy, comparability and availability of information. Thanks in particular to its search function, navigation, the quality and accuracy of information available, as well as the names and content of its sections, accor.com was honored after meeting many of the 201 transparency criteria.

The Group is also one of the 44 companies certified “Transparence” in 2020. This label promotes best practices with regard to corporate information and analyzes companies’ registration documents. For the reader, it guarantees that the audited document meets the transparency requirements defined by the Scientific Committee. With its Bronze label, Accor’s registration document is considered one of the best 25-30 registration documents on the French market.
