sbe Entertainment Group
AccorHotels and sbe Entertainment Group ("sbe") have signed a Letter of Intent and entered into exclusive negotiations for AccorHotels to acquire a 50% stake in sbe, further illustrating AccorHotels’s strategy to expand its offering in the luxury lifestyle hospitality segment.
Through this partnership, AccorHotels will expand its current geographic footprint in gateway North American cities such Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas and New York with iconic hotels. Additionally, sbe’s core millennial customer base will gain access to the AccorHotels platform.
Mantis Group
AccorHotels announced last April a strategic partnership with the South Africa-based Mantis Group, a collection of award winning, privately owned, managed and branded five star properties and lodges located around the world, across all seven continents. From boutique hotels, eco lodges, game reserves and luxury houseboats to adventure tourism as well as a bespoke tour operating division, the agreement reinforces AccorHotels as a leader in curated one-of-a-kind experiences and resonates with the Group’s conservation platform with Planet 21.

Dalmata Hospitality
In June 2018, AccorHotels announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Dalmata Hospitality, the leading independent French hospitality management group in the economy segment.
Within the context of this partnership, Dalmata Hospitality will transfer 20 of its hotels (representing more than 1,500 rooms) held under franchise agreements to the AccorHotels Group brands ibis Styles, ibis, ibis budget and hotelF1.
Consolidation of the leadership in Latin America
Atton Hoteles
AccorHotels and Chilean group Algeciras announce that they signed an agreement with the shareholders of Atton Hoteles in order to acquire the company. As per the agreement, AccorHotels will acquire 100% of the management Company that operates 11 Atton hotels (2,259 rooms) across Chile, Peru, Colombia and Florida, USA. Besides, AccorHotels will acquire 20% of the Property Company that owns these assets, the remaining 80% being bought by Algeciras.
This acquisition further consolidates the current footprint of AccorHotels in Latin America, where the Group has built leadership for many years, with 335 hotels operating, and 166 under development, while strengthening its presence in fast growth markets such as Chile & Peru.
Consolidation of the leadership in the European market and emerging markets
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts
AccorHotels announced that it has signed an agreement with Mövenpick Holding and Kingdom Holding to acquire Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, for a cash amount of CHF560 million (€482 million). The transaction implies a 14.9X 2019e EBITDA multiple before synergies (including transaction costs), and less than 10X pro forma 2019e EBITDA after run rate synergies and committed development pipeline. The transaction will have an accretive impact on Group earnings from the first year.
